Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of the Service. Your Rights & Choices

We will not knowingly discriminate against you for exercising any of your applicable privacy rights.

When we provide access to your personal information for the purposes of modification, correction, or removal, we do so free of charge except where doing so requires an unreasonable effort. Additionally, in some instances, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee, where allowed by law, to cover administrative costs associated with complying with requests when a consumer has made more than one request within a 12-month period.
We will confirm receipt of a verifiable consumer request within 10 business days and provide information about how the request will be processed. We will locate the requested personal information, and, if available, will take the requested action with regards to your verifiable request. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) calendar days of its receipt.
Removal of personal information is possible under certain circumstances, provided Staccato does not have a legitimate or lawful purpose to retain it or is otherwise required by law to retain it. We may refuse requests that we believe are fraudulent, are of unreasonable technical effort or would be highly unfeasible, endanger the privacy of others, or require access that is not normally necessary. Staccato may also deny a request if it cannot verify the consumer within the 45-day time period. If we require more time (up to 90 calendar days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will respond to a verifiable request in the same format in which the original request was made.
If you receive notice that we have denied your request, consumers in some states may be entitled to submit an appeal to us, in certain circumstances. California Privacy Rights
Pursuant to California Civil Code § 1798.83, also known as California’s “Shine the Light” law, users of the Service who are California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes if specific circumstances apply. Please note that Staccato does not disclose your Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

5. Right to Opt-Out or Limit
You have the right to opt-out of or limit the sharing or sale of your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to certain exceptions. After we receive your request and confirm your identity, provided that no exceptions apply, we will limit the use of your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Please note that Staccato does not share or sell your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not knowingly discriminate against you for exercising any of your applicable privacy rights. Unless permitted by law, we will not do any of the following if you choose to exercise any of your applicable privacy rights:
- Deny you goods or services;
- Charge you a different price or rate for goods or services, including through the use of discounts, benefits, or imposing penalties;
- Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services; or
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
Submitting Requests and Exercising Your Rights
Under the CCPA, you may exercise these rights yourself or you may designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf by submitting a verifiable request. We may request that your authorized agent have written permission from you to make requests on your behalf and may need to verify your authorized agent’s identity.
In order to complete your verifiable request, you must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the individual whose Personal Information you have requested, and you must describe your request with sufficient information that allows us to properly respond to it. Please note that we may deny your verifiable request if we cannot confirm your or your authorized agent’s identity. We may also deny or only partially complete your verifiable request if required pursuant to other legal rights and obligations we may have. We may request additional Personal Information in order to respond to your verifiable request. We will only use your Personal Information provided to us in a verifiable request to confirm your or your authorized agent’s identity, and we will delete any Personal Information provided to us after processing the verifiable request.

Children's Privacy
The Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
